Initial Consultation

  

  • A 15-20 minute call to discuss your home and any requirements, goals, or questions.
     
  • An in-person walk-through of your home to identify key areas for monitoring and service customization.
     
  • Personalized recommendations to create a Home Watch plan and client profile tailored to you

On Going Visits

 Once your plan is in place, we’ll schedule regular visits to monitor your property and proactively address any issues. Choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or on-demand visits based on your needs. 

Concierge Services

 

  • Coordinating with contractors, landscapers, or cleaners.
     
  • Handling mail, packages, or deliveries.
     
  • Preparing your home for departure or arrival, so it’s always ready for you.
