We start with a quick discovery call to learn about your property and understand your specific needs. Next, we schedule an in-home consultation to begin to document the specific features and needs of your property in person.

A 15-20 minute call to discuss your home and any requirements, goals or questions.
An in-person walk-through of your home to identify key areas for monitoring and service customization.
Personalized recommendations to create a program for you.
Start to build your Client Property Profile detailing the specific systems and features of your home.

What to Expect

A visual check of your home's exterior and interior including all access points, roof and roofing components, landscaping, outdoor features, walls, ceilings, floors, plumbing, appliances, home systems, and electrical panel.
Visit duration varies depending on the size and complexity of the home.
Receive a written report via email after every other visit documenting the condition of the home and noting issues that need immediate attention.

Ongoing Property Visits

Once your plan is in place, we’ll schedule regular visits to monitor your property. We will immediately communicate any issues and as well as how we can assist in resolving the concern. Choose packages including 4, 3, or 2 visits per month based on your needs.
