It's very flexible, but generally we conduct  a minimum of two visits per month.  We do offer a limited "on demand" service when you need someone to respond to an alert from your home or post storm check.

Winterizing you home is a great way to reduce issues.  We may recommend we only make two visits per month if your home is winterized and has a generator.

Your property will never be the priority of your neighbor.  Who every is watching your home should be insured, trained and providing post visits written reports for insurance compliance.

We will contact you to determine a course of action.  We are available to coordinate repairs and mange vendor access to your property.

You will receive a copy of our home watch report after each visit via SMS or email.

We do!  We will conduct an initial evaluation of your home to document access and home details.  Thus, in the event of a storm or you receive an alert of some kind that needs investigating or whenever you reach out to schedule a home visit.

Yes!  We can manage the trickle charger and monitor cars for signs of moisture or pests,  we can do the same for your boat!

During our initial home watch visit, we will gather contact information on your trusted service pros just in case we need to coordinate their services  on your behalf.   If needed however, we also have a list of vetted professionals to address any home service needs.
